Users may not create, upload, share, distribute, promote, request, or engage in any of the following:

• Any image, video, audio, text, animation, or digitally generated content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Content that sexualizes or exploits minors in any manner.

Grooming and Predatory Behavior

• Attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
• Soliciting sexual content from minors.
• Manipulating, coercing, threatening, or enticing minors for sexual purposes.
• Facilitating offline meetings with minors for exploitative purposes.

Child Endangerment

• Content promoting physical, emotional, or psychological harm to children.
• Encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.
• Trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of children.

Sexualization of Minors

• Content that depicts, describes, promotes, or encourages sexual activity involving minors.
• Content that fetishizes or objectifies minors.

Evasion Attempts

• Using coded language, symbols, or other methods to promote or facilitate child exploitation.
• Sharing links to external websites containing prohibited child exploitation content.

3. Age Requirements

PlayedX is intended only for users who meet the minimum age requirements established by applicable laws and platform policies.

Users who do not meet the required minimum age may not create accounts or use the platform unless specifically permitted by applicable law and platform features designed for younger users.

We reserve the right to request age verification where appropriate and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate age requirements.

4. Content Moderation and Enforcement

PlayedX employs a combination of:

• Automated detection systems,
• Human review processes,
• User reporting mechanisms, and
• Account monitoring for policy compliance.

When violations are identified, we may:

• Remove content,
• Restrict account functionality,
• Suspend accounts,
• Permanently terminate accounts,
• Preserve evidence as required by law, and
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

5. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users are encouraged to immediately report:

• Suspected child exploitation,
• Grooming behavior,
• Child sexual abuse material,
• Child endangerment, or
• Any other child safety concern.

Reports are reviewed as a priority by our safety team.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

PlayedX will cooperate with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, and relevant regulatory authorities when legally required or when necessary to protect children from harm.

Where applicable, reports involving child sexual abuse material or child exploitation may be referred to appropriate authorities and child protection organizations.

7. User Safety Features

PlayedX may implement safety measures including:

• Content moderation systems,
• User reporting and blocking tools,
• Account verification measures,
• Detection of suspicious behavior patterns,
• Restrictions on interactions involving minors where applicable.

8. Consequences of Violations

Any violation of this Child Safety Standards Policy may result in immediate enforcement action, including permanent account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Severe violations involving child exploitation or abuse will result in immediate removal from the platform and reporting where required by law.

PlayedX may update this Child Safety Standards Policy from time to time to reflect legal requirements, platform improvements, and emerging child safety risks. Updated versions will be made available within the app and on our website.
